Portugal is preparing a new levy on Private Copy. The discussion
has stirred social networks and the
hashtag #pl118
as been used to track the conversation online. We decided to create
a simple
timeline
of the live conversation that is happening in twitter and created a
page where the information is constantly updated.
Newspapers Gathered This Month
The Observatorium gathers a set of on-line newspappers from arround the world to take the pulse of news.
